Great bunch of list! Nice one! My favourites was Digg, MyBlogLog and Facebook.
Thanks for the list. A lot I’ve never heard of there. I’ll check them out.
WOWO nice list, My favorites would be MBL, Myspace, Digg!
Digg is a great way to get your news on a network were there are loads of active people stalking new news xD
I prefer MBL then BC
how come you didn’t mention hi5?
Myspace is a great space to meet new people knowing its #1 :p over 200million users.
Thanks for posting a few new ones (to me)! I would have loved to hear more about your personal experiences with the ones you use:)
Justin – Well, I’ve had the best results from Stumble (of course!), Myspace, MyBlogLog, Zimbio, Thoof, Reddit and a few others…and not necessarily for this blog. I’ve used them for other sites and have had good experience with most…it really depends on your niche market. :D
This list is very useful, thanks for adding a short blurb after to briefly explain each one. Right now, I’m focused on MBL, BC and Technorati Faves…once I have more time (regular content and building a relationship with my current readership takes priority over getting more traffic), I’ll probably start giving others (like, SU) more attention!
As usual you provide relevant content with extraordinary value. Because of the descriptions I know which sites I want to visit and which sites I want to skip. Well done as usual!
Wow – I never knew there were that many. I have only been scratching the surface, so I better get to work and socialize. ;-)
Nice list Susan. Thanks!
Am so glad you gave a ready reference to check all the social networking sites. I have bookmarked the blog and hope to join as many as i can
thank you.
I need traffic. visit me….
:D
Oh yeah..I use only mybloglog..Thanks for big list..:)
I still don’t understand why Facebook is sooo big and growing so fast… I joined them and it was hard to add friends …You had to put in your school or something and didn’t know how to add friends.
Myspace is way better and I have had great success with it for traffic.
Yahoo Answers has been a great tool for me. I’ve used it to answer people’s questions about Newport Harbor and gave the source as the fansite my brother and I run. It drives in a couple hundred of visitors. :D
Great list btw!!
