Ben – It’s a link train. Each blog links to another…so if you started one of these or was tagged by one, then you would continue the train by posting the links (as instructed) and hopefully, the people that you link to, will continue the train. From there on, the more people that continue the train, the more +1′s you’ll get. I hope that cleared it up. :)
