Wow, this is indeed a splendid idea and ya, I’ve seen a couple of blogging sites who promote contest’s to attract entries. Will definitely consider looking up on those you mentioned here.

Hi Zmoney, anybody can enter into the Group Writing Project. If you win the contest I’m sure we can figure out a way to pay you from the USA or provide you with a alternative at similar cost.

I’m not sure about the other ones? But I’m sure if you win something they could still mail it to you.
