The Comic Con has reached its maxed capacity for the city of San Diego! I’ve been to the Cons for quite some time but this year is proving to set an attendance record and traffic hindrance for the city.
For the first time, there are no memberships available — tickets are sold out! For those that have never been to the Con, it’s a 4-day event starting on Thursday at the San Diego Convention Center, with a preview night on Wednesday (almost a 5-day event!). Not only are comic booths present but also many gaming and movie productions.
Every year I’m excited to go. Saturday turn out to be the best day to attend. It’s usually the day with the most people dressed in Stormtrooper, Obiwon or many other cult classics costumes.
Attendees come from all over the world. Maybe I’m lucky, but I reside in San Diego so for me it’s a quick drive south to the Convention.
There are rumors that possibly the Con might need to be made into a week long event. I can’t believe it’s became this big!
I’m about to head back out and wanted to send you some of the fun from yesterday. Here are some pictures.

Here are some WoW leveling tips that you really wantto live by whenever you are leveling. It has helped meout a lot since I started playing and I know they willgreatly benefit everyone as well. Tip #1: Stick with a mixture of grinding and questing. One or the other by itself will probably slow downyour progress but a nice mixture of both you canachieve the levels you want the fastest. There aretons of guides out there that will show you whichquests to do, when to grind, and where to grind. Oneof my favorite WarcraftPowerlevel Guide.Tip #2: Grab as many quests as possible whenever in atown and don’t return until they are all completed. This cuts down on travel time and it really is a lotof fun turning in 5-9 quests at the same time!Tip #3: Stay focused and have a game plan beforelogging in. For some people this really isn’t aproblem but, I know for me and some of my friends, itreally can be hard to focus on leveling and I know Ihave lost many hours of valuable leveling time due tonot having a game plan setup before playing. With aplan of action it really is harder to get side trackedby the auction house, PvP, etc.Tip #4: Don’t die! I know, I know?that one is kind ofa given. Very simple but yet some players don’t followit. I know your character will die in the course ofthe game but really I’m talking about trying to doquests or kill mobs that are too high of a level foryou. Dying repeatably only slows down your progress soif you find yourself dying over and over again I wouldeither drop the quest or come back later after yougain a few levels. If only Blizzard kept track of howmuch time is spent running back to corpses?I know Ihave spent a lot of time doing that.Tip #5: Don’t be afraid of asking for help. Run intothat occasional hard quest that you just have to do?Ask your friends/guildies to help you out. Remember toonly ask for help when you really need it because ifyou start taking advantage of someone’s help they willnot help you anymore.
