Susan Gets A Makeover And Some Funny Vids

The site has gotten a makeover. I wanted a new look with additional capabilities to generate new opportunities for the site and its future. I’ve added some personal touches, like a photo of me and my laptop, along with some new photos on my About Me page.
I apologize for any CPU exceed errors anyone may have received earlier today. It’s taken awhile to get this point and it was because of my tinkering on the backend. Things are fixed, and of course I will be scouting for anything that needs to be ‘fixed’ in the next couple days.
To say thank you for those so patient with me as I was busy with the site revisions, I’ve included a couple funny videos. Although, it’s mostly for cat lovers and those with a quirky sense of humor - I happen to be a Demetri Martin fan… :)
(I noticed this wasn’t showing up well in Internet Explorer. If you can’t see the videos, here is the Begging Cat video, Demetri’s clip #1 and Demetri’s clip #2.

Woah. Seems a little while since I’ve been over to your precious little site Ms. Susan. I like the new changes a lot.
I will say though that while I do LIKE the header, (esp the picture on the right), I’m not crazy about it’s overall look. Maybe if the picture on the right was blended into the header more, I don’t know.
Maybe I’m just being a pain in the a$$. I don’t know. (#):D

I’m not so sure what’s so funny about the cat video, I’d be begging for all those things too! C’mon….5 lbs of sugar?!?! Who WOULDN’T want that??

I really like the new theme! Just a little thought though…At the top where you have the 3 tables for the 3 different headers you should try listing 3 posts for each category. That way first time users don’t have to click each header than browse through the posts. You could maybe try keeping the header how it is, but also list 3 of your best posts…if that made sense :D
The first Demetri Martin video was great!! Thanks for sharing that haha I ended up browsing YouTube and watching more of his stuff!
P.S. I wish I knew how to code!

Thanks Gregg! Yep, I was planning to get around to adding a few ‘posts’ to each category but I’ve been busy redesigning another website, which should go live this weekend…I hope (crazy huh?). I’m also planning my daughter’s 1st birthday party and my husband is going away for a poker party on Saturday, so I’ve got my hands quite full. =P

Nice redesign Susan. I think it’s definite improvement from the previous version. Nice layout, nice colors. Overall, nice job!
